The Dogma. Requirements

Rule #1
The only real requirement is that the weeping has to look genuine. You can fake it if you like, but we will judge if it seems real or not. The authenticity is decided entirely by our own subjective standards. The main idea is to collect videos of real people weeping for real.

Rule #2
You do not need to state the reasons why you are weeping, unless you want to. If you want to submit explanations or other text material you can, and it might be published. No guarantees, though.

Rule #3
The material should be raw with no editing, effects or other manipulation.

Rule #4
The video should be submitted in full resolution with no extra compressions applied to it. If you for some reason do have to apply some sort of compression do something like divx, mp4 or the like with a high frame rate such as 3000 bits per second.

Wish #5
Close-ups are preferred, we are interested in the many nuances and expressions of the face; but still, it is not absolutely necessary.
